Job Description
We are a registered charity that offers free or reduced rate counselling and support to members of the LGBT+ & Allies communities in Wales to those that cannot afford access to private mental health care. We are looking for a talented digital marketing and social media coordinator to develop original content and suggest creative ways to promote our charity and all our services & good work we deliver within the communities. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. This position is for a hybrid worker so will be needed to come into the office to create videos of the staff for Instagram and tik tok etc.
Responsibilities
Researching audience preferences and discover current trends
Creating engaging text, image and video content
Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new services
Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer
Essential and Desirable criteria
Qualification: Marketing related Degree (desirable)
Experience working in the third sector (desirable)
Ability to speak and write in Welsh (desirable)
